CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A state trooper escaped injury but his cruiser was destroyed in a Friday night accident in Kanawha County.
Authorities say the cruiser was the only vehicle involved in the accident on Cabin Creek Road in the Dry Branch community. The vehicle flipped on its top and rolled over.
The accident happened about 7 p.m. Friday. An investigation is underway into a cause for the crash.
