— Story by Taylor Kennedy CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Liberty Hilltoppers are coming off yet another impressive season under head coach Ben Howlett. The ‘Toppers finished first in the Mountain East Conference with a 27-4 overall record, and they earned the No. 2 seed in the Atlantic Region in Division II men’s basketball tournament.
